Job Description:
Manage the technical support activities in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Taiwan. The support team (offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Singapore) provides the local customers, which are leading cordless telephony developers and manufacturers, co-development services, local and remote design coordination and professional training, mainly focusing on embedded software.
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or relevant subject.
• Min. 10 years working experience.
• Managerial skills and experience
• Experience in technical support of software development teams is a plus.
• Experience in embedded systems programming.
• Experience in C (C++ an advantage) and knowledge of assembly language.
• Familiarity with cordless or cellular telephony applications programming is a plus.
• Familiarity with audio processing and/or baseband RF control and/or telephone/portable accessory MMI is a plus
• Exposure to hardware and system design.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is a must.
• Good presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to recruit and build a professional support team
