Our client, one of the leading real estate and property management companies in Cyprus wishes to employ the following:
UK Country Manager
To work in England
The UK Country Manager will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the UK operation with regards to the following areas:
Sales
Sales targets
Responsible for achieving the UK sales targets
Responsible for extending the agent’s network
Responsible for creating a non-traditional agents network
Responsible for undertaking sales presentations to institutional investors
Networking
Responsible for engaging in local networking activities in the following circles:
International Real Estate Agents, IFA’s, Fund Managers, Accountants, Lawyers, High net worth individuals, UK Russian Business Community, UK Indian Community
Marketing & Customer Service
Marketing Activities
Provide input as to the marketing requirements of the UK
Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all marketing activities, i.e. Press campaigns, Exhibitions, Private Seminars, & Clients Events
Public Relations
Responsible for drafting, executing and evaluation of the PR plan and the PR agency
Responsible for the image and branding of the company
Office Management
Cost Control: Control & monitor all UK operating expenses & marketing investments
Reports: Monthly reports regarding Sales performance, Marketing activities & Cost analysis
HR: Coordinating with Headquarters for UK staff HR issues
Professional Requirements
High calibre, results oriented individual with inner motivation for success
Be willing and able to put in the required effort in order to grow the UK operation
University degree in marketing, business studies, real estate, finance
At least 10 years of management experience & Sales experience – Real Estate experience a plus
Ability to manage operational costs
Ability to create a coherent team
Personal networking with IFAs, fund managers, lawyers, accountants
Very good sales and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of English Language ( Greek an advantage)
