This international hotel values its employees. The Chef de Partie will work in a dynamic and passionate team of experienced chefs. You will be a motivated, career driven & passionate about your trade & you strive to further develop your culinary skills. Experience in a simular position within a 5 star hotel would be highly regarded.
Job description:
• 5 star well-known hotel with 300 rooms
• Chef de Partie for hot kitchen servicing a la carte restaurant &
Buffet
• Preparation & consistently producing culinary treats of the
Highest company standards.
• Oversee Demi-chef de partie, commis chefs and apprentice
Chefs.
• Annual leave 4 weeks, sick leave 10 days
• 5 days a week 2 days off
Job Requirements:
• Chef De Partie Must Have previous Chef de Partie
Experience & highly motivated
• Diploma in Food Service From A Registered Institution Required
• North American/European trained and experienced with
Deluxe, 5 star level Hotel or fine dining restaurant experience
• Creative with initiative
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Good leadership, mentoring and training skills
• Excellent Team player
• Good communication skills-speak fluent English
• Stable work background
2 Year Work Visa Sponsorship Offered!!
Visa Requirements:
Candidate MUST:
• have a culinary diploma/degree
• Be of good health
• NO police record
• Suitable work experience
