Work Activities
ƒÞ Formatting and creating page layouts using department software ¡V MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
ƒÞ Preparing files for vendor printing
ƒÞ Preparing mailing list using department database for distribution
ƒÞ Coordinating with vendor printers and distribution companies
ƒÞ Supporting offshore analyst in the formatting and designing related requests
ƒÞ Providing information to supervisors and fellow workers ¡V the information can be exchanged face-to-face, in writing or via telephone/electronic transfer (emails)
Skill Sets ¡V Technical
ƒÞ Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
ƒÞ Familiarity with Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
ƒÞ Creativity, ability to visualize designs
ƒÞ Some knowledge of prepress, press and post-press operations
