Overall job responsibility
To lead and develop the Medical Diagnostic business in the Gulf region.
Competencies
Sales and Technical experience in Medical Diagnostics, Microbiology laboratory
Advanced selling techniques
Demonstrated negotiation skills
Group presentation skills
Key account management & planning
A minimum 3-5 years experience in sales/technical support of Laboratory products in the Gulf region
University Degree in Microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry (life science)
MBA in business management is a plus
Fluent in English & Arabic (French is a plus)
Good communication and leadership skills
Innovative, responsive and customer focused
Self discipline and persistent character
Computer literate
Proven track of market access and penetration into key hospitals and accounts.
Self dependent for start-up
Young energetic, result oriented personality
Age up to 35 years
Duties & responsibilities
Leading and implementing the Medical Diagnostics business plan
Ensuring the business plan is fully aligned and integrated with the overall divisional plans
Establishing a key opinion leader network
Key account approach in the start-up phase
Initial lead generation and qualification.
Accelerate growth by identifying conversion opportunities and closing them as productively as possible.
Round table meetings in hospitals.
On site lab evaluation (trials).
Conduct seminars, workshops, presentations.
Actively build contact networks with opinion leaders in public and private sectors
Coordinate and manage the technical plan for Gulf market through distributors
Work closely on distributor sales team development
Direct sales responsibility to key accounts
Support the tenders and inquiries for all technical requirement
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary : Range Dhs. 9,500/- to 11,000/- p.m.
Housing : Dhs. 70,000/- p.a.
Transport : Dhs. 20,520/- p.a.
Other benefits like medical & home leave ticket as per company policy.
