Would like to find a senior stylist / nail tech with at least 3-5 years exprience, who keeps themselves current in the industry. Most importantly coloring and cutting being you expertise.
I need someone who is willing to relocate to the Turks and Caiocs Islands. To work full time, and be a team player. For a minimum one year contract. Not looking for someone just wanting a holiday.
Will need to work Tues. - Sat. 9 - 5. Holidays are a busy time so will need you then.
An individual with managerial experience would also be perferred.
April's Place Salon & Spa is a small two chair salon, with a nail section and two treatment rooms. I currently have one nail technician (from Jamaica), one massage therapist (from the Philippines), and I’m a hair stylist from Washington State.
I moved to the Turks and Caicos Islands 10 years ago, when there wasn't much here. Now the island is developing very quickly. As a result, I now have a very large following of clients of all nationalities.
April’s Place is located on the island of Providenciales (Provo), Turks and Caicos Islands, BWI. Provo has one of the top 10 rated beaches in the world, Grace Bay Beach. It’s also known for its spectacular scuba diving.
Providenciales, is only 37 square miles, with a large population of expats. Which are my main clientele, with the exception of some tourists. With the islands businesses mainly seasonal, this doesn’t affect us. We stay busy year round, especially during the holiday season. There are only 5 or 6 other hair stylist on island.
We use Framesi and Matrix haircolor. Rusk Thermal straightening and Keratin Complex. We also have Donna Bella Milan hair extensions, creative nail acrylics, and OPI manicure and pedicure system. We carry a large selection of retail products including, Rusk, Bed Head (Hair and Makeup), Paul Mitchell, OPI and Framesi.
