General Description:
The applicant will be expected to analyze, plan, program, and modify Knowledge Management and ERP/CRM systems to work in line with ICDs information systems initiative to share knowledge and data across the entire organization. This will include implementing new systems that will compliment ICD’s current CRM/ERP Netsuite.
Successful applicant will receive training in NetSuite System Administration. This system covers Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Web capabilities. This person will be briefed on ICD’s operational procedures and specific department information work flows; i.E. Sales, Customer Support, Purchasing, Finance, Human Resource and Systems Engineering and Project Implementation.
Representative Duties:

- Participate in the overall logical and structural design of the knowledge Management and ERP/CRM system.
- Analyze potential Information System applications to determine feasibility, requirements, and cost effectiveness.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and control of standards for information and its usage.
- Perform design and programming to ensure data security, integrity, and availability.
- Participate in the development of the proposal, design, programming, and implementation phases of administrative applications added to the information system.
- Develop, design, and write necessary programs and documentation to provide for backups, reloads, recovery, timely updates, and restructuring of the information systems.
- Train end users to use the information systems relative to their job requirements.
- Administrate NetSuite application system.
- Provide system support to the various departments. This includes offering advice and solutions to operational issues and new system requirements and implementing these new requirements through customization of system forms, fields and reports.
- Enhance the use of NetSuite functionality by attending free Web Seminars provided by NetSuite and through continuously keeping tab of new features and upgrades.
- Improve the efficiency of operational procedures by maximizing the system capabilities.
- Provide training to internal staff. Update staff of any new features or upgrades to Netsuite and other Database Management Systems the applicant has assisted in deploying.
- Might require java scripting for customized system functions that is not available in ICD’s current Database Management Systems.
- Liaise with Information System’s vendors Customer Support for system support and to report system issues. Follow up and monitor progress on all reported issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education And Experience:
Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to college level courses in
Information systems or other related field supplemented by college level courses in systems analysis-and programming, and two years of recent, progressively responsible experience in systems development and programming preferably including one year of experience working with an Enterprise scalable Relational Database Management System.
Knowledge And Abilities:
Knowledge Of:
- The methods and skill in the application of techniques involved in establishing and maintaining an effective Information Management System.
- Maintenance and administration tasks related to Information Management Systems.
- Fluently speaking, reading and writing in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
Ability To:
- Develop control standards and security; ensure access and availability to systems.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Negotiate, plan and organize work with contractors.
- Meet schedules and time lines.
- Maintain records.
- Read, apply, and explain rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to script in java will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
