The successful candidate will be based in Venezuela where they will manage a completely new project based around the construction of accommodation of Riverside Lodges.
We will construct 10-20 Venezuelan style "Posada's" for Sport's Fishing & bird watching enthusiasts on the banks of the Great Orinoco River.
You would be responsible for negotiating all local supplier contracts, liaising with Architects & engineers & making sure the general running & scheduling of all aspects of the project concludes on time.
Your experience should cover
All areas of construction for a project of this size
Management of Natural underground water
Local Flora & Fauna.
Electrical Power issues to feed the Lodges either from remote power sources OR Generated alternatives.
Posada construction using local materials AND
any other relevant skill sets that would be applicable.
We would prefer the candidate to originate from or have a excellent knowledge of the working practices in Venezuela & be familiar with their culture.
However we will consider other Spanish/English speaking candidates IF their experience is credible.
