Job description – Research Associate in the Intellectual Property unit in our India Office
Evalueserve is currently offering positions (6 month or more) in the Gurgaon office of the company near New Delhi. The work would involve:
Job description – Research Associate
• Assessing the competitive strength of a technology by analysing prior art and patent portfolio
• Studying and analysing technology to determine patentability through literature and patent searches
• Identifying and implementing business strategies to realise value from patent portfolios
• Analysing business issues and opportunities in technology segments
• Drafting a patent application for an invention disclosure, in accordance with the guidelines of the relevant patent office, e.g., USPTO/EPO
• Assessing and forecasting growth trends in a technology domain
• Analysing existing technologies and markets
• Contributing actively in IP Licensing, Patent Valuation and IP Litigation Support projects for leading companies worldwide

| Habilidades: |
The Ideal Candidate
• Master’s/Bachelor’s/diploma holders of technology in the electrical, electronics, communication, computer science, biology, chemistry, physics, etc., domains with up to three years’ relevant work experience
• Good command of English and excellent communication skills in French or German
• PC skills, and knowledge of MS-Office products
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Confidence, flexible and interest in foreign cultures
• Should like to work in a team, be eager to take responsibility and to tackle complex tasks
