- Developing and managing the current small hydro power plant projects in BiH
- Communication with Project Supervisor(s) in English language (Monitoring the project using Microsoft Project Plan, Monitoring estimated vs. actual project costs together with local secretary)
- Communicating with the local authorities (obtaining concessions, permits, approvals as well as their prolongations…)
- Securing required expert studies and reports (environmental studies, hydrological studies…)
- Securing project insurance (construction and operational period)
- Reporting to and communicating with the Managing Director, headquarters in Germany and communicating with the key contractor (if any)
- Supporting the tendering of the suppliers of equipment, construction companies, technical supervisors and communicating with them and coordinating them
- Proving the technical and commercial feasibility of possible new projects
