.NET Software Developer
Our client develops Storage, Document & Workflow Management technology that reduces costs, streamlines business processes, protects critical content over its entire life cycle and meets compliance obligations.
Headquartered in Dublin and reporting to the Consulting Services Manager, Our client is seeking an individual who will be responsible for the analysis, design and development of .NET applications for its customers. The successful applicant will gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle from specification to delivery.
Candidate Profile
Ideally a degree in computer science from a recognized University or Technical College
2-4 years experience building .NET software applications
Strong knowledge of:
C#, .NET, ASP.NET, web development, HTML, JavaScript and Microsoft development technologies
A keen interest in software development and emerging technologies
Additional Preferences:
Strong database design and SQL programming skills
Working knowledge of newer Microsoft technologies such as Framework 2.0 , VS 2005 & .NET Remoting
Development experience in ASP and VB6 would be a distinct advantage
Knowledge and experience of Web Services technologies including Xml, Soap & Wsdl
Good understanding of project and product lifecycles
Excellent communication skills
