My client is a leading Financial Organisation that is in a significant ramp up stage.
Due to this growth, they now require experienced professionals to take up positions as a Fund Technician to provide full transfer agency processing; dealing, payments, reconciliation, enquiry and shareholder reporting services
Duties:
• Providing an efficient and professional service at all times, liaising with other team members, other departments and external clients.
• Account set-up
• Dealing (Subscriptions, redemptions, & switches)
• Cash processing
• Distribution processing
• Fee rebate processing
• Renewal Commission
• Investment manager prediction reporting
• Handling investor queries
• Audit requests
• Anti-money laundering compliance
• Account maintenance
• Stock transfers
• Investor and client (fund promoter) correspondence
• Agent fee processing
Requirements;
• 3 yrs experience within transfer agency
• Good numeracy / financial analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Adherence to Standards & Procedures
• Strong transfer agency experience
• Be able to handle/control own and/or other team members’ workflow, to recognize and act on priority items
