Esl Leader, A Value Creating Company
ESL Leader is a professional ESL recruiting company that recently became independent from WorknPlay Recruiting. We are officially launched on October 2007.
ESL Leader has contract with the Ministry of Education and, as such, we are able to place hundreds of teachers in public school jobs every year. In the native English teacher community in South Korea, these jobs are even preferred over many University professorships. Public school offers reliable and stable job conditions and has a great benefits package. Settlement fee, roundtrip airfare, national pension, medical insurance, furnished housing or monthly housing allowance, and paid vacation are included in the benefits. Additional allowances or paid vacation are provided according to different provincial Education Boards.
ESL Leader has a teacher-care program to provide on-going support for teachers who work at the public school system in Korea. ESL Leader not only provides various programs such as free tickets or discount tickets to club and performances but also ESL teacher¡¯s Workshops for provincial offices, group tours to historical or cultural places. The relationship between Esl Leader and Yeosu Education board
The Yeosu Education Board has been carrying out the placement extended business of foreign English teachers to elementary, middle and high schools within the areas by support from the Yeosu municipal office since 2006. About 40 foreign English teachers have been placed so far through the Education Board, exclusively by Esl Leader. The Esl Leader service includes not only placement, but also managing placed teachers by continuous management system after the placement.

-Salary: 2.0/2.1/2.3 mil won per month (depends on Qualifications, please refer to pay scale info below)
-Working hours: 8:30 a.M. ~ 4:30 p.M.
-Teaching hours: 22 hours per week
-Paid Vacation: 14 working days
-Housing option: Single furnished housing or housing allowance
