My client is one of the most prestigious banks in the country. With a massive expansion plan they are looking for a Banking Analyst to provide accurate production of comprehensive management information regarding the activities and performance of the Wealth and Bancassurance sales team and sales of insurance and investments products. My client have been successful in expanding due to heavily investing in their people, providing genuine career opportunities for their team and heavily rewarding their team in both recognition and financial terms.
Purpose of role:
• Work as part of a team performing support functions for the Bancassurance, Wealth & Retail Teams
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure optimum efficiency. When required, action through to implementation.
• Responsible, with other members of the team, for updating Process Maps/Procedure Manual relevant to own area
• Work with members of other teams and provide cover where necessary
• Provides analysis on business issues to senior management based on data from a number of internal and external sources
• Challenge working practices and processes to improve productivity, efficiency and customer excellence.
• Implement agreed change programmes designed to enhance the services provided to our internal customers and/ or to capture efficiencies.

| Habilidades: |
Experience & Requirements:
• Previous banking experience to an acceptable standard
• Timeliness and accuracy of the management information produced and distributed.
• Feedback from Line Manager and from the Heads of Business units to which IISS provides support.
• All processes conducted in compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulations
• Quality input into the planning process of Insurance & Investment Sales Support.
• Excellent communication skill and attention to detail.
• Strong orientation towards creative problem solving
