Information and Referral Services (IRS) Project is one of the five main program/projects of the National Centre of Disabled Persons (NCDP) which has been running for improving the situation of people with disabilities by providing referral services to appropriate rehabilitation, educational institutes and skill training centers and improving the employment opportunities for job seekers with disabilities in Cambodia. IRS is seeking for a qualified Cambodian applicant to fill in a position of IRS Field Worker which is based in Phnom Penh office.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in identifying/locating long-standing clients.
-Assist in identifying new service providers and employers.
-Assist in developing and maintaining close working relationship with employers, educational institutions, training centers and NGOs.
-Produce monthly reports for the Project Manager.
This position is opened only for people with disability who have registered with IRS project. Requirements:
-University degree in the related field or equivalent.
-At least one year working experience with NGO in the related field or working experience in disability issues is an asset.
-Be able to communicate in English (writing and speaking).
-Computer literate in Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Highly motivated and be able to work independently with creative ideas.
-Be able to drive motor bike in town and fields.
