Our client is a quality driven Spanish subsidiary of an international construction organisation involved in the construction of high quality villas and other buildings. They have a focus on professionalism and have a record of delivering projects on time and to high standards. They have a need for a Site manager (reporting to the Project manager) to manage the site requirements of this luxury development. You must have excellent working knowledge of site management, be aware of health and safety legislation and be competent in Spanish, as well as English as you will be liaising with contractors and suppliers throughout Spain and Europe. This is permanent position and whilst this initial project is scheduled to last 12 months, there will be the opportunity to move on to other similar projects once this project has been completed.
