Online gaming company in Gibraltar is searching for a Greek Speaking Customer Service professionals . Ideally you will be Greek with and posses a clear telephone manner, you will be looking to further your career within a support role with this extremely ambitious gaming company. Your role is to communicate with clients both on the phone and e mail and providing them with exceptional levels of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. The role is to ensure that issues and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. This company is one of the major companies in the betting / gambling market and employs about 200 staff. Our client provides on-line support to its clients on a round the clock basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts.
We require that you have previously worked in a customer service role in an office environment, ideally in a shift and be able to show a good level of loyalty in previous positions. Strong preference is given to previous gaming experience.
