This job entails managing designated projects through all relevant stages of the project lifecycle. You will be involved from project initiation through to project closure and review.
Duties to Include:
Pre Delivery
• Managing and delivering the Project Brief through the demand management process.
• Co-ordinating relevant input from all business areas.
• Assisting the Project Sponsor and Programme Manager in the production of the Business Case for the proposed project.
• Working closely with all relevant business areas to ensure completeness.
Project Delivery
• Producing and contributing to the development of the project.
• Ensuring the detailed project plan is developed and maintained
• Identifying key milestones, tasks, priorities, dependencies and resources to detailed level.
• Monitoring and controlling of progress against the plan
• Taking corrective action where necessary
• Ensuring that the final project deliverables are appropriate to business requirements.
