Looking for a person willing to be friendly to the customers and provide quality support.
-Must be able to use a computer. Experience in using Microsoft XP, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel.
-Must be familiar with using the Internet
-English is a must. The language is spoken on a daily basis and used to support the majority of our clients.
-Must feel comfortable talking on the phone in English.
-We have flexible schedules, and as such can work around your school (college) courses if you are attending college.
-Must be able to multi-task
We are looking for someone who strives to do their best as well as be able to investigate issues, if need be. We provide a friendly environment and do converse in Spanish and English.
Currently our shifts consist of: Part-time to Full Time
Day Time :
6:00-10:00 (6 am - 10am)
10:00-14:00 (10 am - 2 pm)
14:00-18:00 (2pm- 6pm)
18:00-22:00 (6pm - 10 pm)
Night Shift:
22:00-6:00 (10pm - 6 am)
Our main position that is highly needed is someone who is willing to work an 8 hour night shift. There are times where you may have to work 12 hours, however, this doesn't happen often. This person would, idealy, be a person who has skills to work individually.
