Technical Writer
This role requires an excellent technical aptitude, excellent writing and editing skills, familiarity with industry standard writing tools, and the ability to achieve deadlines and complete projects with minimal supervision and to schedule. The candidate will form part of an experienced documentation team that reports to a Documentation Manager and works closely with product experts for information.
Role
* Produce high quality, accurate product documentation
* Work with product analysts and other product experts
* Update existing documentation for major product releases
* Schedule/Plan requirements for documentation projects
* Conform to in house standards and practices
Requirements
* 2 + years technical writing experience in a software environment
* Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing or related field
* Experience of Adobe FrameMaker and Acrobat
* Knowledge of graphic design tools an advantage
* Documenting user guides, administrator guides etc.
* Ability to extract information from product experts
* Excellent Communication skills
* Ability to Multi task
* Must be fluent English speaker
