Job Description:
• Assist with the completion of quarterly SOX testing and review of internal control processes and documentation for Noble facilities in North America and Australia
• Completion of quarterly testing at plant level including determining samples, distributing testing sheets, gathering results and reporting results and any non-conformances
• Review financial cycle processes at corporate headquarters and plant facilities
• Work with plant controllers to review and optimize internal process-level control systems
• Work with information systems department to identify and implement general computer controls
• Streamline and standardize existing financial system documentation
• Serve as company-wide contact for SOX-related questions
• Interaction and cooperation with external auditors (Deloitte & Touche) to ensure quarterly reviews and annual SOX audits are completed timely and efficiently
• 15 – 25% travel as needed (mainly day trips to U.S. plant facilities). Opportunity for future international travel.

| Habilidades: |
Job Qualifications:
• Required – Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Required – 2+ years public accounting and/or corporate experience (preferably with public companies), including at least 1 year of specific experience documenting and/or reviewing internal controls
• Required – Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferred – CPA license
