Purpose:
Support Global Product Head and Regional Executives in formulation of long term business
strategy issues.
Responsibilities include:
• Market and competitor analysis, current state analysis, client needs analysis, internal and external partnerships, acquisitions and the company’s market positioning.
• Development of product and market expansion plans.
• Definition and evolution of product services lists, fees and pricing approach, SLA targets and execution of the new business approval process.
Ownership of the following items:
• Specific product developments – ownership of discovery, business modeling, solutioning, pricing, roll-out plan and new business approval process if required.
• High impact client deals in the region will be assigned to Product Manager, who will own the Product contribution to the team including taking leadership role in client meetings, leading the company’s team to the right solution for the client, ensuring that the product descriptions in client proposal materials are presented in an accurate and compelling fashion, developing pricing of the deal which meets the long-term profitability goals of the company, assisting in contract negotiations and ongoing relationship management.

| Habilidades: |
The Successful Candidate will have:
• Minimum 5 years experience in hedge fund-related administration, middle and back office services or prime brokerage services
• subject matter expert in at least one of the following areas
o derivatives pricing and middle office workflow
o hedge fund middle office operations
o hedge fund accounting
o hedge fund transfer agency
• Experience and ability to take leadership role when required in client meetings, both during the proposal process and in an ongoing relationship management.
• Strong project management skills – ability to lead team to deliver quality on time – action oriented.
• Strong communication skills in order to present complex business information in factual, concise and compelling format.
