Our client is seeking for Snr. Mechanical , E & I Campaign Operations Support Site Representative (Welding / NDT and Pipe Fabrication) to be part of the team in Brunei
Contract Term : 12 Months
Note : Shortlisted Candidates shall be notified.

Job Objectives:
To manage project implementation of all construction works offshore for SCO, being the responsible party / focal point and offshore on all major campaign M/E/I/ works in compliance with the company's rules and regulations and safety practices. To assist SCO/53 in Contract administration both technically and commercially.
Requirements:
- Execute in a safe manner all construction projects. Such as, Major modification works, campaign works, project works, including installation, testing of new equipment within given scopes, designs and specification.
- Ensure the contractor meets the Company requirements especially when related to safety quality and deliverables.
- Utilise existing administrative systems to improve effectiveness of reporting and thus control of Constructions activities.
- Manage contractors (projects & maintenance activities) on existing oil and gas facilities in shutdown and concurrent production modes.
- Verify the correctness of the M, E&I activity progress
- Verify the ARS for the scaffoldings signed by the site supervisor
- Approve the contractor timesheets
- Attend meetings
- Assist in contract strategy and contract preparation
- Monitor Budget expenditure
- Prepare Daily and Monthly Reports
- Performs Snr Standby Duty coverage
- Verify the correctness of the as-built drawings done by the contractor.
- Manage the construction work request (CWR) or Engineering Work Request (EWR)
- Verify the correctness of the site survey
- Check and issue material issue voucher (MIV) to contractor and action follow up of shortfalls
- Manage HSE onsite and identity hazard.
- Acts as relief and assumes his roles and responsibilities in his absence

| Habilidades: |
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- Minimum HND level or Approved Apprenticeship and further career development with minimum of 10 yrs of experience in Project Management.
- Proven experience with the preparation and execution of oil and gas / petrochemical Construction works. Be conversant with multi disciplined tasks and activities M/E/I.
- Welding Inspection qualification , NDT and Fabrication experience .
- Preferred Qualifications : Trained discipline M/E or I. Hands on experience. Undertaken Multi disciplined training. Good understanding of Contractual issues, Budget control and planning.
- 10 years in Onshore and Offshore Engineering Industry. Must be main disciplined trained with knowledge and experience in other disciplined activities.
- All core personnel development and HSE relate literate and Multi discipline cross training. Project Management, project control, Financial accounting.
- Computer literate and Self-motivated/driven, high commitments, good PR and good leadership skills. |
