For our recently established office in Goa we are looking for 3 Design Engineers.
Very strong Autocad drawing and design skills are required. Experience from steel structures is dersirable, as well as machinery. Experience from other design software, such as Inventor, Catia, Microstation, etc, is also a bonus.
The office will initially produce drawings and designs for our operations in Norway, which includes steel structures for the offshore industry.
The engineers will work in our office in Goa. It is essential that you can work independently, unsupervised, and pro-actively to complete tasks to sometimes tight deadlines.
The position offers the possibility to gain expertise in an expanding engineering niche, which is becoming increasingly important in India and worldwide. Our office in India will in time gain the expertise to bid for offshore and subsea engineering work in India itself. Some travel to Norway may also be necessary for this position.
