My client a fortune 500 Business advisers and accountants have a current requirement for a Merger/Transaction Manager to work within the Corporate Finance area. This role would be suited to a person with a wealth of experience of mergers from an operational perspective.
The successful candidate will have acquisition experience either with a major corporation or as a consultant with a major accountancy firm or a consultancy. He/She will be comfortable working independently directly with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to work with financial aspects of a programme
- Experience of management accounts.
- You must have either an accountancy qualification or be part qualified.
- Knowledge of the stages of the Merger & Acquisitions process
- 5+ years in a Finance and operations environment
- Financial system software knowledge a must.
