Team Leading, Project leading and managing, directing team of junior and mid level architects and interior designers for multiple projects of small and medium size. Interacting with Clients on regular basis.
Knowledge of large interiors and Retail projects is preferred.
Fair knowledge of BOQs, quantities, specifications and problem solving.
Scheduling projects with time and dates within team.
Working with senior management for reporting. Handling end to end of entire studio in terms of projects and team.
The candidate will also be responsible to develop his/her own team under him in due course of time. |
| Habilidades: |
B.Arch/M.Arch/B.Des/M.Des with good experience, Good Communication skills, knowledge of good english, Systems and process driven, good academic background, ACAD-2d/3d, Revit-preffered, photoshop etc |
