Senior Oracle DBA – Permanent – Dublin City Centre
The Client
Our client, a leading player within the mobile software industry has a requirement for an experienced Oracle DBA to join their organisation.
The Opportunity
Role is to support and develop a wide range of client web applications, including design, implementation and ongoing services maintenance.
You will be responsible fro new projects / products (including participation in proposals, scoping, system design, integration)
Responsibilities
•Diagnose and troubleshoot problems
•Installation of major upgrades and maintenance releases
•Analysis of database systems and recommendation of fixes on a proactive basis.
•Liaising directly with live customers and assist customer with on site testing.
•Providing technical assistance to Business Development team.
•Contribute to project estimates, statement of works, project plans, designs, and functional specification documents.
•Attending client meetings, when needed, to facilitate interaction with client technical leads.
•Liaise with product development.
Experience of maintaining mission critical 24x7 production environments an advantage. |
