Sales Support Executive
For an international telecom company based in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for a Sales Support Executive to assist in the Pre- and Post- Sales of Network( VPN) to their clients are mainly big Multinationals (Philips, KPMG,Akzo Nobel etc…) around The Netherlands.
The successful candidate will also have to maintain administrative process and operational activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Order entry
•Insert order into Gold/Satin order tools( Full training provided)
•Pro-actively contact customer for approval
•Keeping track of the order channel
•Create and keep up customers’ information and order files
•Work closely with account managers regarding administrative work
Commercial
•Meet with Account managers/clients every two weeks
•Prepare bids
•Involved in the preparation of Bids
•Review prices/benchmark
•Work closely with account managers, provision of support
•Responsible for the bid production in conformity of the company’s procedures.
Financial/Administration
•Communicate with other departments involved in the order process in order to be efficient
•Manage billing of revenues
•You are the point of contact between the sales and the finance department
•Monitor payments/accounts receivables
•Resolve issues regarding payments.
