Director of HR
We are seeking a proven HR professional with solid Human Resources and international recruitment experience. A minimum of 15 years of policy, procedure, recruitment and benefits experience with a multi-national corporation.
The successful candidate will supervise a team of 14 HR professionals and be responsible for setting the structure for compensation, benefits, career and organizational development. Must have strong supervisory skills and be able to mentor senior management in HR policies.
A BS / BA is required with an MA preferred. The ability to travel up to 25% to Europe and the Far East is essential. Language facility is a plus. Compensation is commensurate with experience. This is a high visiblity position at the corporate office of international corporation which is a top 50 firm
