Provide a variety of sourcing, screening and logistical support activities to the branch Recruiters. Specific position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Input both candidates and requisitions/open orders in the appropriate system(s)
• Administer hiring paperwork for candidates, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate background and drug screens, as well as physicals. This includes ensuring employees have these completed and with a favorable outcome where required, and ensuring appropriate billing.
• Coordinate all new-hire orientations.
• Run various daily, weekly and monthly reports to support recruiting in the branch
• Support the branch in other administrative functions on an as needed basis.

| Habilidades: |
Position Requirements:
Must be Bi-lingual; fluent in Spanish and English
• High School education. Post-secondary education is desirable
• One+ years experience in internet sourcing, staffing, human resources or administrative support activities in a team environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Must possess exceptional organizational, time management, administrative and customer service skills. Must be proficient with PC’s, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Internet and other related software.
