Projects Manager
Our client, a well established UAE contractor is seeking to recruit a top notch Senior Project Manager for their mega project in Abu Dhabi.
The key objective of this role is to provide superb assistance to management and core operation in all the stages of the project from concept to completion by ensuring that project works are completed timely and effectively through first-rate and cost-efficient means.
You will manage, supervise, coordinate, and successfully complete the project thru the establishment and implementation of project plans, management of project budgets and resources, enforcement of project standards, forecast revenue and profitability, and management of all quality assurance aspects and change control processes.
Consequently, part of your responsibility is to detect work barriers and suggest appropriate risk alleviation methods, initiate technical reviews, manage team allocation, organize qualified personnel for specified tasks, and prepare monthly progress reports.

| Habilidades: |
The ideal candidate must be a degree holder in Civil Engineering, preferably with Master’s, minimum 15 years hands-on experience in managing mega projects in civil engineering, building and infrastructure, especially large shopping malls. You must have strong leadership, management, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Solid technical orientation, commercial expertise and excellent decision-making, project and time management skills is a must. You must be a native English speaker, preferably western-educated, max age of 48 years old, with international work experience, and exposure to Quality Management and HSE.
