Saks Fifth Avenue Troy is seeking passionate and motivated Sales Associates and Makeup Artists for the exciting world of Cosmetics. The ideal candidate will have previous cosmetics sales experience in a high-end retail environment.
The key responsibilities of our Beauty Advisors include:
• Focus on sales and profitability; maintain customer focus standards, set work pace and deliver on departmental/store goals.
• Providing outstanding client service.
• Building individual sales volume and profitability.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Maintaining corporate standards.
• Delivering on goals.
• All other department initiatives, including but not limited to, selling floor maintenance, inventory, and preparation for sale events, as directed by the Selling Manager.

| Habilidades: |
• 2+ years of cosmetics sales experience, preferably in a high-end retail environment, and demonstrated successful sales experience exceeding quota required.
• Ability to acquire, build and maintain client relationships.
• Needs to be competitive and goal oriented
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
• Energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
• All SFA associates are required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.
