Director of Studies for accelingua Munich wanted
As a result of the dynamic expansion of accelingua in the area of Cologne, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the contracted position of Director of Studies for our Munich Centre.
The position includes the following tasks:
- carrying out the Train-the-Trainer Programs
- trainer acquisition, induction and retention
- trainer mentoring and evaluation
- curriculum development for accelingua programs
- organizing team-building activities for trainers
- maintaining high level of customer satisfaction
- supporting accelingua executives and sales division with information on products and customers
- carrying out an agreed number of English classes

| Habilidades: |
Position requirements:
- extensive experience in teaching languages
- excellent communication, cross-cultural and people management skills
- planning and organizational skills
- German skills min. at level B1
- independent, driven, energetic and creative
- degree in education (Masters or equivalent), and a TEFL qualification are an advantage
- the applicant must currently reside in Germany
