The principal function of this position is construction supervision.
Your priorities in this role include:
supervising the work of the contractor
liaison with the client and contractor representatives
managing the site supervision team (including assistant resident engineers, site engineers and inspectors)
approving valuations and monitoring health and safety
preparation or review of daily, weekly and monthly reports
The successful candidate should possess a relevant degree with chartered status membership and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
site supervision experience of large projects
experience of water industry construction projects (particularly large pipelines)
ability to establish strong client working relationships
experience of site supervision in the Middle East would be advantageous
must be willing to undertake short-term international assignments if required
