Key role objective
Responsible for the inspection of all mechanical and electrical activities of an infrastructure scheme currently under construction in Dubai. Report directly to the Assistant Resident Engineer.
Key responsibilities
The priorities of this role include:
Day-to-day supervision of mechanical and electrical specialist installation sub-contractors
Record keeping and witnessing of tests.
Key requirements
The ideal candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
Fluent English
Appropriate technical diploma or degree
Site supervision experience of mechanical & electrical installations for infrastructure projects
Middle East experience on similar projects, including services installation in structures such as service tunnels, fire pump houses and control systems
Enthusiasm, willing to learn, adaptable, ability to work with various sub-contractors and specialists
Desirably having driving licence, speaking Arabic.
