The position of Personnel Manager includes, but is not restricted to:
-Ensuring all policies and procedures,and local laws are adhered to
-Maintenance of personnel files
-Coordinating with payroll to manage leaves and salary changes
-be up to date with the latest changes in law and regulations
-Present monthly update to HR CEO
-Provide guidance and support for any employment related issue, as needed
-Responsible for overseeing disciplinary or dismisal issues
