The objective will be to gain IT recruitment experience and become accustomed to dealing with clients and candidates alike. We will embrace and improve your talent, guiding you through a structured process, enabling you to progress as quickly as possible, which in turn will lead to rapid promotion and increased earnings.
You will develop your general resourcing skills and start to build on your particular core competence, the recruitment for permanent positions. You will act as an intermediary between client and candidate taking care of the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from acquiring the requirement over sourcing the candidates to managing the selection and interview phase.
You will continually be adapting and improving your candidate call techniques to gather full qualification and information. Your goal will be to become self-sufficient, build up your own client portfolio and provide them with high quality candidates on a long-term basis. Once you have mastered these skills you will have the opportunity to mentor new recruits, whilst continually developing your own core skills and abilities.

Degree educated or of Graduate caliber
Fluent in English and, ideally, one other language
Possess a proven track record of achievement, either in the work place or personally
Ideally: New business sales (B2B), Recruitment sales
