| Descipción del Empleo: |
Authorized representative for the construction of buildings, pre cast structures, community recreation & sport center, schools, sub-stations, mosques (prayer shelters), and support buildings for the Jubail 2 expansion.
Responsible to plan, monitor and evaluate the assigned construction activities, including contractor organization, resources to do the work, execution and administration of the contracts including monitoring of the schedule.
Process contractor requests for compensation relating to changes.
Ensure that the quality of the work is maintained at all times. Responsible for and directs assigned contract supervisors activities.
Participate in meetings held with the contractor on contract or contractor performance matters and negotiations.
Maintain project safety awareness, construction standards, codes and regulations.
Perform other related task as directed by management. Evaluate change orders and claims. |
| Habilidades: |
College /University Degree in Engineering required.
Significant experience as Field/Contract Supervisor or similar, with site supervision responsibilities.
Some experience supervising others is essential.
Experience must relate to construction of major civil infrastructure and industrial facilities, buildings, sub-stations, mosques (prayer shelters), and support buildings.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs and good command of spoken and written English. |
