Job Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• To ensure that revenue and volume targets are met
• To independently manage a portfolio (with volume and revenue target), solicit, negotiate and close opportunities so as to meet budgeted revenue within acceptable risk parameters (in case of collateralised lending).
• To understand specific needs of the customer and offer tailored solutions for transaction banking services e.g. cash management, trade, remittances, payroll etc.
• To ensure agreed service expectations of the customers are met on a regular basis
• To follow up on documentation to ensure ongoing compliance as per approved terms and conditions Bank compliance policies.
• To review, approve or reroute TT’s / Pending transactions with required information in relation to customer account.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal / external commitments such as excesses / documentation deferrals / disbursements etc.
• To review client files and ensure they are constantly updated in line with the bank’s internal audit standards.
• Keep constantly abreast of market developments which impact the credit portfolio (risk and revenue) and make recommendations for suitable changes (product / process) if required.
• To maintain customer contact by structured call programme to ensure compliance of banks’ Compliance and Operations and Credit policies and procedures.

| Habilidades: |
Background and Experience

• Education level required: Minimum Graduate Degree
• Tertiary/Professional / Technical qualifications / Diplomas: MBA, CA, CFA preferred
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 with at least 2 years in Relationship Management role
• Transactional banking exposure with emphasis on trade products, professional/specialised segment and / or small traders
