The candidate should be an engineering graduate in Civil/Mechanical with minimum 15 - 20 years of experience of which minimum 3 years should have worked as Sr. planner at corporate/company level. Should have worked in reputed construction companies. A degree/diploma in general management/construction management will be an added advantage.
Job profile:
1. Manpower / Equipment resource requirement planning, deployment, analysis, resource production/productivity monitoring, standardizing the productivity at company level.
2. Standardising and computerizing the rports from the units
3. Analysing workload/order back log for the company
