The candidate should be an engineering graduate in Civil/Mechanical with minimum 15 - 20 years of experience of which minimum 5 years should have worked in senior position in project controls at corporate/company level. Should have good knowledge and understanding of project budgets (ACE, Zero cost), cost control and business plan. Should have worked in reputed construction companies. A degree/diploma in general management/construction management will be an added advantage.
Job profile:
1. Analyse and review the business plan, project budgets.
2. monitor the performance of the projects against cost and time.
3.Give necessary feed back to top management on the performance of the projects.
