The Business Development Manager is responsible for tactical direction of the Casino and Slots product with an objective of having those products broadly available to the market via a range of delivery platforms as determined by the business plan from time to time. Your role as the Business Development Manager will also understand operational budgets in order to ensure sound operational control of business unit functions within budgetary guidelines. This understanding extends to an ability to assist with end of month reports and player retention analysis. This position is responsible for the analysis of customer and business data, player behaviour and the development of appropriate systems, processes and policies to recognize and promote customer satisfaction through the efficient and proactive management of day-to-day business unit operations with strategic focus to maximize web penetration. You will have control over technical and aesthetic designs with a focus on ease of navigation, efficiency of bandwidth, speed of presentation and overall availability. You will also have responsibility for ensuring approved player retention and loyalty programs are carried out in accordance with approved budgets and event schedules and be involved in the creation and maintenance of a Player Retention strategic plan. In order to apply you MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience in the gaming industry preferably in operational management of online gaming or machines in a casino or similar public gaming environment and a minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing / customer service role, have the ability to build and manage a team of staff and show excellent Leadership/people management skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
