An international Private Equity firm is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their Los Angeles team. They are seeking candidates with broad-gauged experience in administrative support. Ideally, this experience has been gained in a financial services firm. Candidates must be able to perform successfully and produce results in a fast-paced and intellectually intense environment. Also, the ability to work in a highly confidential environment is a must.
Provide high-level administrative support for the Chief Operating Officer, the Controller, and the Director of Human Resources and Facilities possibly including:
o telephone support
o calendaring/meeting scheduling
o correspondence development, drafting memos
o travel arrangements
o file maintenance
o expense report preparation
o word processing of financial reports
o support of committee and practice area administrative needs
Reports to: The Chief Operating Officer, the Controller, and the Director of Human Resources and Facilities

| Habilidades: |
o Excellent communication, verbal, team player and ability to think out of the box
o Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook a must!
o 5 plus years experience as an AA
o Must be detail oriented, and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record
o BA/BS Degree Preferred
