You will be responsible for key operational aspects of the Casino Gaming System. Some of your responsibilities will be the maintenance of confidential information about our customers, processing of queries, generating and monitoring key statistics in the operation of the gaming systems, provision of 24hour, 7days a week product and gaming systems support and advice to customer service regarding games and claim resolution, logging service requests and tracking and monitoring re-occurring issues, response time and outcomes. In order to apply we ask that you have strong customer service / IT support background and have experience with internet technologies and have experience working in an interactive customer service environment and have the ability to obtain necessary Casino operative licensing if required by the relevant jurisdictional authorities. |
