This position is responsible for the analysis of customer data and playing behaviour and the development of appropriate systems and policies to recognize and promote customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty. The principal objective of this role is to apply techniques and events in retaining casino players and enhancing their gaming behaviour. The role will coordinate with Marketing and other business units by completing a variety of tasks as instructed, required or under initiative. This role involves liaising with a number of business units in particular Marketing, Customer Service and Finance. A sound knowledge of the company Policies and Procedures will be necessary to maximise effectiveness. In order to apply for this position you must be able to demonstrate verbal and written communication skills to a high standard, demonstrated ability to analyse player behaviour, statistics and figures relevant to a gaming operation and work with odds, demonstrated computer literacy skills to a high standard with particular attention to Microsoft Office Professional suite of products and database analysis tools and demonstrated analytical skills with particular emphasis on human online retail / gaming behaviour. |
