Essential Job Functions
Prepare, process, and complete all operation, driver and departments’ correspondence. Also includes data entry into companies’ software.
Coordinate deliveries and pick up schedules and monitor manpower requirements.
Assure that vehicles are maintained in a safe condition for operation.
Assure companies goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
Assist sales staff when complaints and emergencies arise by investigating and solving the problem.
Supervise and help periodic cleaning, repair and refinishing of equipment.
Stay informed of equipment failures and safety violations.
Schedule daily delegation of workload.
Obtain and verify information about equipment that is missing or broken upon pick up. Verify and obtain counts from drivers and departments that equipment is delivered and picked up with correct counts of equipment.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form.
Keep warehouse clean and equipment stored in proper locations.
Comply with government safety requirements and other regulations and security in warehouse.
Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent GED
Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on quality of work.
Thrive in a high energy, fast paced and demanding environment.
Ability to work weekend or late night.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs and full range of motion and dexterity.
