Job description – Analyst in Primary Market Research Unit (India)
Evalueserve is currently offering positions (minimum duration 6 – 12 months) in the Gurgaon office of the company near New Delhi. The work would involve:
• Conducting interviews and business surveys over the phone in the candidate’s native language (90 percent of working hours) with senior executives, consultants, analysts, engineers, doctors etc. across the globe
• Collect information through primary research
• Identifying potential interviewees for research projects
• Translating and customizing documents from English to other languages
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions on building domain knowledge, understanding client requirements, developing strategies to meet objectives etc.

The Ideal Candidate
• Undergraduate/Graduate with or without work experience
• Prior market research/call-centre experience would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and fluency in French or German or Spanish or Italian or Japanese language
• PC skills, and knowledge of MS Office products
• Strong communication skills and expression management
• Confidence, flexibility and interest in foreign cultures
• Should like to work in a team
