*Business Analyst II gathers, documents, and most importantly, analyzes application requirements, conducts application analysis, participates in functional application design, creates and analyzes ad-hoc reports and aids in the escalation/resolution of project risks and issues. The candidate may be required to participate in the development of new products and services and lead process design activities.
Business Analyst II gathers, documents, and most importantly, analyzes application requirements, conducts application analysis, participates in functional application design, creates and analyzes ad-hoc reports and aids in the escalation/resolution of project risks and issues. The candidate may be required to participate in the development of new products and services and lead process design activities.
This analyst needs to be able to work hand in hand with the process team to convert level 3 processes into Methods and Procedures that will ultimately be used to develop Training curriculum. This person would need to work with the training vendor and internal teams to ensure training is on target and curriculum is gathered. They will host meeting with a content core team and work with the trianing vendor to ensure all content is being delivered, questions are answered and timelines are being met. MS office suite skills required
