*Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills, Type 20 wpm and Data Entry skills (min. 4000 keystrokes). Demonstrated problem solving ability. Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends and holidays. Good oral communication skills on the telephone. Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills. Data entry skills. Problem solving skills. Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to perform basic database querying
*Person requires excellent customer communication skills, technical skill in the use of basic handtools. Buisness professional dressThe work hours will be a combination of 8:00 to 6:00 pm M-F and 10:00 - 5:00 Saturday.
