Tremendous Sous Chef opportunity for a skilled and experienced off-premise Catering Field Chef to work with a renown team of professionals and apply expertise in culinary, leadership and management.
Responsibilities include:
Coaching and Mentoring of Off-premise Staff
Scheduling, Administration and Management
Logistics Coordination with Sales and Operations
Logistics Coordination/Production Coordination with Culinary Production
Hands-on Management of Events including many large Upscale Gala Events from 100 to 1,500
Menu Development, Cost Analysis, Time & Motion
Tastings for Event Sales - Client Interaction
Manage Salaried Sous Chefs and up to 50 staff for events
As with all off-premise catering, this is a physical position
